Abstract and keywords

Extended abstracts in English should not exceed 400 words.

Editing instructions

Page format: A4

Font: Times New Roman 12.

Line spacing: single.

Title: bold, centred.

Authors: full first name and family name, bold, centred, family name with bloc capitals.

Affiliation: name and full address of the institution (no, St., postal code, city, country), phone and fax numbers, e-mail.

The text body should contains max. 400 words and one figure/table is allowed.

Key words: 5 words or groups of 2-3 words.

Each abstract will be reviewed and the decision of the Scientific Committee will be communicated to the corresponding author by the 15th of April 2011.

Book of Abstract: ISBN 1843-5114, Galati University Press

The Scientific Committee will select the most interesting and promising abstracts to be presented as oral presentations.  Meanwhile, the best papers will be published in: The Annals of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati, Fascicle VI Food Technology, B+ and International Data Bases publication (ISSN 18435157, e-ISSN 2068259X).

Only the papers selected to be published in The Annals of the University Dunarea de Jos of Galati, Fascicle VI Food Technology  have to be submitted by the 1st of June 2011.
